AU is named this because it originally belonged to a webcomic prior to me scrapping it. I just never thought of a different name for it.
Oopsy gets his arm amputated by Grizzle while saving Hugs and Tugs from him. Grizzle later makes him an arm and strap which brainwashed him into a jerk who thinks his name is Whoopsy because that's what Grizzle keeps calling him. Before applying the arm, Grizzle drew a 'G' on his stomach while Oopsy was unconscious.
